ETE Coffee ,Roastery & Coffee,Kohima -Nagaland

The first Northeast region Aeropress champion 2022, Nagaland chapter was held on September 24 at Ete coffee, Kohima with 10 participants including 1 participant from Guwahati vying for the gold, silver and bronze Aeropress in championship. Muluvelu Esther Phesao was declared the winner of the gold Aeropress while Myanthung Tungoe and Wetha Krome bagged the silver and bronze respectively. The 3 winners will be competing in the National Aeropress Championship which will be held at Bangalore in October. Speaking on the occasion, Founder and CEO of Ete coffee, Lichan Humtsoe said that this kind of competition will not just promote the coffee produced from Nagaland but will train the enthusiasts coffee brewer while learning from one another. With the growing demand of Nagaland coffee, Lichan is hopeful that Nagaland state will become a brand for the coffee working together with his counterparts who also are running their own roastery.
